Spotlight: Two community organizations set to host students for the AHEC Scholars Program

Students accepted into the upcoming AHEC Scholars pilot program beginning March 1st are required to complete a 10-hour community/clinic rotation, in addition to 10-hours of didactic training. South Central AHEC, along with South Coastal AHEC, will be one of the first AHEC sites to host students as part of the AHEC Scholars program and have set up several partnerships within their respective region for students to complete their community/clinic rotation. South Central AHEC would like to highlight its’ partnership with El Bari Community Health Center and Reaching Maximum Independence, Inc. (RMI).
