Whether you're new to rhythm or a seasoned beat-maker, this is a safe and energizing space to: Relieve stress, Boost creativity, Connect with your community, Bond with friends and family Have fun through music and movement! 🧘♀️ Breaks are provided, and all abilities are welcome.
