July 15th will kick off the annual Nueces County Health & Wellness initiative. This year, the United States Navy will be assisting to provide gaps in care. This 10-day event will be completely free. Services will include Vision, General wellness exams, Health Screenings, Dental exams, Behavioral Health screenings, and Veterinary services.
